Over 30 years of experience in design, new construction and remodeling began for Lee under the mentorship of Christian Leinbach, founder of Kaiser Construction in PA. There he superintended the construction of office, farm building, and Home Center/Lumberyard installations for Mr Leinbach. In 1982 Lee started Complete Construction Services, serving the Denver communities of Ken Caryl Ranch, Conifer, and Evergreen, servicing the local bank, in office building remodels, additions, remodels of mountain homes, and custom home construction.
Family relocation to Walla Walla in 1992 began the now 18 years of service to the local area during which he has provided local developers such as Botimer & Prohaska with design and construction plans for their personal and clients' residences, in remodeling, restoration and new custom home construction, while continuing to provide design, consultation and plans to owner-builders. He has enjoyed excellent long-term relationships with agencies, developers, tradesmen, and subcontractors in the area and has gained valuable experience in working with Eastern Washington environmental agencies in Spokane concerning riparian boundaries, domestic water supply, flood-plain analysis and mitigation, commercial park design, and septic design (including L.O.S.S.), and is experienced in county planning variance, mitigation, and development hearings processes. Lee's involvement in the design, renovation and restoration at 12 and 14, 2nd Ave of the Harold Building (built in 1899 over Mill Creek) resulted in a 1993 Downtown Walla Walla Architectural Award.
Lee is president of LeMari Homes and specializes in custom products.
